Contract & Quotation

The quotation is based on a minimum three-month contract. Advertising costs for Meta, Google, e-commerce ads and other paid campaigns must be paid separately by the client directly to the respective platforms.

Exclusions

The following services are not included in the standard contract and will be billed separately if required:

Listing Optimization
Inventory Management
Content Creation (Videos, Infographics, A+ Content, etc.)
Fulfillment & Logistics Services
Production (Print, Audio, Video)
Image Purchases & Photography
Event Execution

Payment Terms

General Payment Terms

50% advance payment before work starts.
Remaining 50% due after 50% of project completion.
A minimum three-month contract is required.
Payments are non-refundable, and TDS applies as per government norms.
Work begins only after advance payment is received.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

Advertisement payments must be deducted separately from the client’s account.
Payment for advertising spend must be made in full before campaign launch.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
A separate ad budget is required in addition to service fees.
Time Clicker manages the budget to optimize campaign performance.

Scope of Services

Time Clicker will manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Regular reports will be provided, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.

Performance Expectations

While Time Clicker will make every effort to achieve the client’s advertising goals, results may vary due to factors like audience targeting, ad placement, and market conditions. No guarantees for specific results, but best efforts will be ensured for positive outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business details for account creation.
Ensure that content shared does not violate copyrights or legal policies.
Provide product details, images, and descriptions for listing.
Respond to queries and approvals in a timely manner.
Adhere to agreed timelines and payment terms.
Manage stock updates and order fulfillment unless otherwise agreed.

Representation & Confidentiality

Exclusive Representation

Services provided by Time Clicker must be represented under Time Clicker’s branding. The client must not claim or imply that services provided by Time Clicker are their own.

Confidentiality

Clients must not disclose or share services provided by Time Clicker with third parties without prior written consent.

Website Design

The client must provide a detailed structure, required number of pages, and all content. Photography, images, and domain purchases are the client’s responsibility.

Compliance & Policies

Clients must adhere to platform policies to avoid penalties or suspensions.

Advertising & Promotions

We optimize ads for better performance, but results may vary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed only if work has not started. No cancellation after 1 calendar day from project initiation.

Intellectual Property Rights

Content, designs, and marketing materials created by Time Clicker remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Confidentiality Agreement

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the project.
